Idea Collective is proud to announce the completion of an 18 month long branding project in which we concepted, named, branded and rolled out 8 new food and beverage concepts at the Diplomat Beach Resort. Partnering with Thayer Lodging (Brookfield) and a hospitality food & beverage consultant team (HWH), we helped completely transform the guest culinary experience at a 1000-room hotel in Hollywood, Florida. The projects ranged from a casual burger joint to an elegant premiere steakhouse and the brand experience for each is wholly unique.
Our team developed each of these brands from scratch working collaboratively with a massive team including ownership, Hilton representatives, on-property operators, architects, interior designers, chefs and our F&B consultant team. We worked side by side with a variety of marketing and PR teams to develop consistent brand promotions. Our studio developed and realized an overarching restaurant management brand that connects all the sub-brands through print, web and consumer-facing brand elements.
